01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Airwynn website and application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, submitting a form, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are written for the Service as it currently exists — an early, private-preview software product — not for a finished, fully regulated commercial platform. They will be updated as the Service changes (see "Changes to these Terms" below).

02Description of Airwynn

Airwynn is a software platform intended to support professional drone and airspace operations, including fleet management, mission planning assistance, weather information, and related tooling. Airwynn is a software tool. It is not an aviation authority, air traffic control (ATC) service, NOTAM authority, weather authority, regulator, or certified aviation safety system, and nothing in the Service should be interpreted as such.

Some modules of the Service currently display simulated or demonstration data rather than live, verified information. Where that is the case, it is labeled as simulated within the interface. See "Simulated / demo data" below.

03Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service, and you must use it in a professional or business context consistent with its intended purpose. Account authentication is handled by our authentication provider (Supabase); you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of applicable aviation, safety, or airspace law or regulation;
• Misrepresent simulated or illustrative content within the Service as real, live, or verified information to any third party;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts or data;
• Use the Service to conduct an actual flight operation without independently obtaining all legally required authorizations, permissions, and airspace clearances;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our prior written permission.

05Aviation and operational responsibility

Airwynn is a software tool that may assist with planning, fleet management, and situational information. Airwynn is not a substitute for applicable aviation law, regulatory approval, or pilot and operator judgment. You, as the pilot, operator, or organization using the Service, remain solely responsible for:

• Flight safety and the decision to fly or not fly;
• Compliance with all applicable aviation law, airspace restrictions, and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction;
• Obtaining any permissions, authorizations, or clearances required for a given operation;
• Verifying any information the Service provides against authoritative, official sources before relying on it operationally.

Nothing in the Service constitutes, and nothing in the Service should be understood as, a guarantee that any mission, flight, or operation is legal, safe, or authorized.

06Mission Planning limitations

Mission Planning features are software assistance intended to help you organize and think through a mission. They are not regulatory authorization to conduct a flight, and they do not certify that a planned mission is compliant, safe, or approved. You are responsible for independently confirming that any planned mission meets all applicable legal and safety requirements before it is flown.

07Weather and external-data limitations

Weather information within the Service is retrieved from a third-party provider (OpenWeatherMap) through Airwynn's backend. This information is provided for general situational awareness only. It is not represented as guaranteed aviation-grade, certified, or operational weather information, and it may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Before making any flight decision, you must independently obtain and rely on official, aviation-appropriate weather sources.

08AI Copilot limitations

The Service includes an "AI Copilot" feature that provides advisory output. AI Copilot outputs — including any recommendation, evidence, or assessment it displays — may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. AI Copilot output is advisory only, requires operator approval, and does not by itself authorize, approve, dispatch, or complete any action. You must independently verify any important information before relying on it.

AI Copilot does not currently perform live ATC notification, live NOTAM verification, or a completed real-world SORA (Specific Operations Risk Assessment). Any such content shown by the Service is illustrative and must not be treated as evidence that a live regulatory or operational check has actually occurred.

09Simulated / demo data

Certain areas of the Service — including, currently, portions of Global Airspace (which displays simulated aircraft, airspace overlays, and illustrative NOTAM and restricted-area examples) — display simulated or demonstration data rather than live, verified information. Simulated or illustrative content is labeled as such within the interface. Simulated or illustrative data is not evidence of real-world conditions and must never be relied upon for an actual operational flight decision.

10No autonomous control / no flight authorization

Airwynn does not control any aircraft and does not autonomously make flight decisions. The Service does not approve, authorize, dispatch, or control a flight on its own. Any action taken in connection with the Service must be reviewed and approved by the responsible pilot or operator. Use of the Service is not, in itself, an authorization to fly.

11Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including Supabase (authentication and database), OpenWeatherMap (weather data), Resend (email notifications), Render (backend hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and Leaflet/OpenStreetMap-related infrastructure (map display). We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or performance. Our Privacy Policy describes how information relates to these providers in more detail.

12Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding information you submit and third-party data described above), is owned by or licensed to the Airwynn operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or its underlying intellectual property to you.

13User-submitted content

Where you submit information to the Service (for example, aircraft records, mission or organization details, or information provided through a form), you remain responsible for the accuracy of that information. You represent that you have the right to submit it. We may use submitted information as necessary to operate the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

14Availability and service interruptions

The Service is provided on an early-stage, private-preview basis. It may experience outages, delays, incomplete functionality, third-party API failures, or inaccurate or incomplete third-party data. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for time-critical or safety-critical use without independent verification.

15Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service, including any AI Copilot output, weather data, simulated content, or fleet/mission data, is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular operational or safety-critical purpose.

16Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Airwynn operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any reliance on Mission Planning output, AI Copilot output, weather data, or simulated content. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Airwynn operator harmless from third-party claims arising directly from your misuse of the Service in violation of these Terms — for example, conducting an unauthorized flight in reliance on the Service, or misrepresenting simulated content as real to a third party. This obligation does not extend to claims arising from Airwynn's own breach of these Terms or applicable law.

18Suspension / termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

19Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

20Governing law and jurisdiction

Singapore is the intended governing jurisdiction for these Terms and for Airwynn's operations. These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law in that jurisdiction. This is a statement of intended governing law, not a representation that Airwynn is incorporated, registered, or licensed in Singapore or any other jurisdiction.

22Current non-incorporated operator status

Airwynn is currently operated by Pranav Mohan and has not yet been incorporated as a separate legal entity. References to "Airwynn," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to this operation. Once Airwynn is formally incorporated, these Terms will be updated to reflect the operating entity. These Terms do not represent, and should not be read to imply, that Airwynn currently holds any company registration, business registration number, registered address, licence, or regulatory certification.
